Dear members,

Thank you for being a SU member in August 2025. We are pleased to inform you that the Students’ Union welfare package, including the SU T-shirt, is now available for collection at the SU office.

Collection Details:
Date: From now until 2 April 2026
Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Students’ Union Office (6/F, Spark City Cheung Sha Wan, 124–126 Castle Peak Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. It is where you enrolled SU orientation events last summer)
Welfare Package Includes: One white SU T-shirt, Two boxes of SU matches, One can of Redbull energy drink
Remarks: Please present your CityU student card for membership verification. Quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, SU e-coupons valued at HK$90 have been credited to each eligible member’s SU account. You may use these coupons to purchase stationery, daily necessities, and SU products at special discounted prices when you collect your welfare package. Selected items include:
Hoodies – Member price HK$150 each
Caps – Member price HK$75 each
Extra SU T-shirt – Member price HK$79 each
SU single-line paper – Member price HK$18 per pack
Casio FX-3650 II calculator – Member price HK$230 each

地點：學生會辦公室（九龍長沙灣青山道124-126號俊薈長沙灣6樓，即「木人巷」場地）
福利套裝內容包括：城大學生會T恤（白色）一件、城大學生會火柴兩盒、Redbull能量飲品一罐
備註：請出示城大學生證以便核實會員身份。福利品數量有限，派完即止。

另外，總值$90的學生會電子優惠券已存入各位會員的學生會帳戶內，領取福利套裝時可同時使用優惠券即場以超抵價格購買文具、日常用品及學生會產品，精選產品包括：

1. e-voucher includes: 電子優惠券包括：
   A. Buy $21 saves $20 買滿21元減20元優惠券 1張
   B. Buy $50 saves $20 買滿50元減20元優惠券 1張
   C. Buy $100 saves $50 買滿100元減50元優惠券 1張
2. Vouchers are distributed to eligible SU members electronically. You may use the vouchers in SU office to purchase stationery, daily products and SU products.
   優惠券以電子形式發予合資格學生會會員。優惠券可於學生會辦公室使用，用以購買文儀精品、日常用品以及學生會產品。
3. To use the voucher, students must present their CityUHK student ID to the SU staff and pay only via electronic payment. After verification, the voucher will be deducted from the member's account. Once deducted, the coupon will not be reissued. Members can contact SU staff at any time to verify if the vouchers has been used.
   如欲使用優惠券，同學須向學生會職員出示其城大學生證，並只限以電子付款形式付款。職員核實後，優惠券會隨即在會員的帳戶內扣除。優惠券一經扣除，不會重新發出。會員可隨時聯絡學生會職員核實優惠券是否已使用。
4. Each member's vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
   每位會員所獲發之優惠券不得轉讓予他人使用，亦不可兌換現金，每宗交易只限使用1張優惠券。
5. The vouchers are valid until 2 April 2026. The SU reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the use of these vouchers at any time.
   優惠券有效期至2026年4月2日。學生會保留權利在任何時候撤回或取消使用此優惠券之權利。
6. In case of any dispute, the decision of the SU shall prevail.
   如有任何爭議，以學生會之決定為準。
