- There are no limitation on the number of tickets you can purchase per transaction. However, you must pay for the ticket within 15 minutes or your order will be cancelled.
每宗交易最多購買門票數量不限，惟必須於15分鐘內完成交易，否則您的訂單會被取消。 - Buyer must provide his/her name (same with ID Card), phone number and email address when purchasing the ticket.
訂購者須提供自己的姓名（須與身份證明文件相同）、電話號碼及電郵地址。 - Tickets are available via SU Online Services and SU Counter. There will be no ticket sales on site.
門票可透過學生會網上平台或學生會櫃檯訂購，活動現場不設現場售票服務。 - For online orders, only electronic payment methods are acceptable. Accepted payment methods are:
網上購票必須以電子方式付款，現金恕不接受。本會接受的付款方式如下：- Faster Payment System (FPS): Scan the QR Code to pay, or use your bank’s online banking / mobile app to pay to our FPS Identifier. You must input a specified number in the “Bill Reference” column. Upload your proof of payment when prompted.
轉數快：掃瞄二維碼付款；或以銀行網上理財/流動理財自行轉賬至本會的轉數快識別碼，並在賬單編號中輸入指定的號碼。付款後請按指示上載付款截圖。 - Tap&Go / PayMe: Scan QR Code to pay.
拍住賞 / PayMe：掃瞄二維碼付款。 - Debit/Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay is accepted.
借記卡或信用卡：接受Visa、萬事達卡或銀聯。 - Octopus: Scan the QR code and use a mobile phone with NFC feature to tap your own Octopus Card for payment, or deduct from your Smart Octopus in mobile devices / Octopus Wallet. Afterwards, upload your proof of payment.
八達通：掃瞄二維碼，然後使用備有NFC功能的流動裝置自行拍八達通卡付款，或於手機八達通/八達通錢包扣除費用。付款後必須上載付款證明。

上載的付款證明不正確或無效 - Failure to complete the payment procedure within the time limit, i.e. pay with a method that do not require proof of payment, or pay with a method requiring proof of payment AND successfully uploaded the required proof
未有在保留門票時限內完成付款程序，即透過無須上載付款證明的方式付款，或透過其他付款方式付款並上載有效的付款證明
在訂單自動取消後，為您保留的門票將重新提供予其他人士購買。如您仍然希望購票，您須重新進行訂購程序。請注意，如屆時門票已售罄，您將不能購票。 - Invalid or incorrect payment proof is uploaded
- If the number of remaining tickets are less than the tickets you requested, your order will be declined.
如剩下門票少於您欲訂購的門票數量，您的整個訂購要求將會被自動拒絕。 - If the system advise your payment is failed or expired, please verify if your bank account or card has been charged or not. If it has been charged, please contact us immediately and do not make a duplicate payment. If it has not been charged, please make a payment within the time limit.
如系統顯示付款失敗或逾時，請先核實自己的銀行賬戶或信用卡是否已被扣除費用；如已被扣除費用，請聯絡我們，切勿重複付款。如未被扣除費用，請於保留門票期限內重新付款。 - You will receive an e-receipt immediately after payment, and will receive another confirmation email with a QR Code shortly before the commencement of ticket collection period. Please visit the SU Service Counter from 29 Jul to 5 Aug 2024 to collect your ticket or collect your ticket on the day. If you order your ticket during the collection period, you can only collect your tickets two days after you paid for your tickets. You must provide your phone number for verification. You may not transfer or request a refund for all sold tickets.

The information on this form is provided by you voluntarily. Your information will be used by us for the organization of the Singing Contest and for internal record purpose. Apart from the above purposes, your information will be kept confidential and will only be passed to other authorised officers on a need-to-know basis.
You may obtain a copy of or correct the information you provided. You may raise your request by contacting the SU Counter. If you do not provide the information required in the form, we may not be able to proceed with your order. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we will charge you a service fee for providing you with a copy of your Personal Data.
您提供個人資料，純屬自願。您提供的個人資料會用於歌唱比賽的活動籌辦相關事宜及作為內部記錄用途。除用於上述目的外，您的資料將絕對保密，並只會在有需要的時候轉交其他獲學生會授權之人士存取。
您可以要求取得您所提供的個人資料的副本或更正個人資料。上述要求請向學生會服務櫃檯提出。如你選擇不提供學生會所要求的資料，學生會將不能處理您的訂票訂單。按照《個人資料（私隱）條例》，本會可就向您提供個人資料的副本，收取合理服務費用。
